About Surfin' on Surfside
This freshly remodeled villa boasts a stunning 3,028 square feet with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The moment you open the front door you will be immersed in paradise when you see your beautiful heated pool & jacuzzi and closed in lanai area surrounded by palm trees! The patio area has your own table and chairs, along with a BBQ for cooking. The lanai is fully screened in, so there will be no worries about your bug friends invading your privacy during your stay! When you walk into the house from the pool, you will enter your brand new kitchen area with seats along the island to hang out! The kitchen is stocked with coffee machines and everything you need to cook during your stay! Your living room has a large couch with plenty of room for everyone along with a ROKU smart TV to stream all your favorite movies and shows (personal login credentials are required to stream). Your master bedroom on the first floor is equipped with its own bathroom and can access the pool deck area. Upstairs you will find the entire floor devoted to your second master bedroom, fully equipped with its own bathroom and plenty of privacy. Two of the guest bedrooms are equipped with 2 full size beds in each. There are two queen bedrooms one has amazing canal views! Both Master bedrooms are equipped with their own ROKU smart TV's. Creating a relaxing and fun vacation full of memories for our guests is very important to us, and this villa is set up for you to do just that!

The house was perfect. Very accommodating to our group and everything was very spacious. Everything worked great, the bbq was perfect and had a spare tank of gas. Although the pool had a little bit of bugs that was out of the hosts control, she immediately sent us a pool net so we can remove them instantly. I would definitely recommend this airbnb and look forward to staying here again!

We love spending the weekend at the house. Nataliya was helpful in resolving our problem quickly, as when we arrived at the house, the air conditioning was not working. The house is big and well-equipped for those with children.

Great house. Very clean. Centrally located for trips to Everglades city Bonita springs and sanibel. Pool and hot tub were nice and were enjoyed by the teens and tweens in our group. Property manager is very responsive to any questions. It’s located off a busy road but not terrible or noisy. Overall we would highly recommend this rental. It’s not super fancy but has everything you need and a nice place to stay. Thanks again for a wonderful week.

Nataliya was a wonderful host! Communication was good and questions answered in a timely manner. The home was beautiful and very clean. I chose this home for the 6 bedrooms, heated pool and hot tub and it did not disappoint. A lot of time was spent on the lanai. The garage rec room was an added bonus. Our family had a great vacation here!

The home was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood was pretty quiet and near some shops and eateries which was convenient. Host, Nataliya was very responsive and accommodated a special request. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the near future.

We enjoyed a great week stay here with 8 adults and 2 teens. Plenty of room for our group. Loved the outdoor patio and pool area. The host was very responsive to pre-arrival questions and helped adjust the dates of our arrival/departure without issue. There's a few minor things with wear, but not a big deal. Walking distance to some bars/restaurants, Starbucks, and some stores. Would recommend!

Beautiful house. Great in house and outside eating options. Great kitchen space. One (room) is a loft style room that is connected to the bathroom, and a bedroom connected to it as well. Easy access to beaches. Clean, and perfect space for families.

Great communication from Nataliya. As a matter of fact, she saved our vacation when we were suddenly without a house because of a double booking at a different property ( different agency). She answered immediately when I was frantically looking to find another place to stay for my party of 10 people. The house is very spacious, beds are comfortable, and there’s plenty of seating available. The kitchen is lacking in some areas; it needs more silverware, glasses, bowls, pots and pans. It would be nice if there were some board games available, or some reading material. The pool was nice, advertised as heated, but the water never warmed up for us ( the service guy came to check it out and said the heating is working). This is a corner house, so the privacy when sitting by the pool is not perfect, however we were not bothered by it.

The home is very spacious and beautiful, great place for a big family. Nataliya was very responsive and communicative when we needed answers. Pool was nice. It’s on a corner lot so there is some visible cars from the patio that pass through. The views to the canal are great.

Nataliya was very responsive and helpful with all the questions asked. My only recommendation is to change the check in for something a little earlier like 1-2pm so that clients could be able to fully enjoy their stay. House was clean, instructions to access the property was super easy.

We had a fantastic stay at this house, great location, revisited many places that we travelled to 17years ago. We were saddened to see the devastation hurricane Ian had left on the islands and surrounding areas. Good to see the progress of rebuilding, and managed to eat at the Mucky Duck on Captiva where we met with family last time, great that they are now open again, most fantastic sunset there, and lucky to see the dolphins at sunset.

The house itself was great… the beds were great however 3 of the bedrooms had no dressers to put our clothes, no bedside stands, no lamps. And the kitchen was not stocked with any dish clothes or dish towels, no baking dishes, only 4 glasses, no pitcher for ice tea, no toaster, and no iron. The pool was beautiful and heated but there was only one lounge chair. I called the property manager and she bought many of these items and brought them over. However we were very disappointed for the price we paid.

House its self was very nice! Lots of room!! Pool was amazing!! Was a little disappointed that there wasn’t sun beds to lay by the pool. There was a lot of garbage outside around the house when we got there, but we needed propane for the grill management came right away to bring us a new tank and also collected all the garbage! My only complaint would be is the kitchen supplies, there wasn’t a toaster or many supplies such as dish soap and dish rags! Housekeepers just need to make sure they are cleaning well!! It was a wonderful house I would recommend it to a large group or family.

Book now readers! The house was equipped with everything we needed. Home is very spacious, clean, modern, and the heated pool is a plus. My family of 10, which ranged from 78 to 9 yrs of age, loved every minute of our stay. We only regret not booking for a longer stay. Nataliya is the best host and her responses to our questions was super quick and kind. We definitely will be booking this home again.

Perfect place to stay! Had plenty of rooms. The kitchen being opened with the living room made it great to communicate with others in the kitchen & to watch movies or listen to music with family. The pool was very nice as well being so opened & having a cookout in the back! The area was very nice & quiet. The house was also near everything you need.
